Preliminary Early 2019 Assembly Election Outlook
In early 2019, the General Assembly is up for re-election. There are 40 legislative districts in New Jersey. Each legislative district has two assembly people, for a total of 80 members in the General Assembly. The chart below represents a very preliminary election analysis of where the respective districts stand, from safe to toss up. As you can see, as of now, there are not many battleground districts.
